The apartment house is located in the area of Punta Skala (part of Petrcane). It is only 80 m away from the beach, which is more than 2 km long. The beach is pebble and rocky with sandy parts and natural shady areas, very suitable for families with children. Along the beach all the way to the city center is a beautifully landscaped promenade.
The house consists of two separate apartments - the first apartment is located on the ground floor and the owners of the building live in it, and the second apartment on the first floor (external staircase).
Apartment for 4 people, first floor / 55 m2: 2 bedrooms: - first bedroom: two standard beds, air conditioned and separate bathroom, toilet / shower - second bedroom: double bed, double bed (if necessary cot), - 2 bathrooms with shower / wc and one washing machine, - kitchen with dining room: electric stove, coffee machine, microwave, two refrigerators and a small freezer - terrace with awning and bamboo sofa - sea view

* Free use of the outdoor pool at the nearby Sunnyside Apartments Petrčane.
* Reservation from 05.06. to 25.09. is possible any day for min. 4 days.

* Pets up to 9 kg are allowed - Surcharge 10 € / day.
* Supplement for the fifth person or. extra bed is +10 €.
